A small bench of senior engineers.
We started The Blue Vault because every MSP we'd worked at had grown past the point where the senior engineer who sold the contract still touched the keyboard. We built a firm where that distance never opens.
Why we exist.
South Florida has plenty of MSPs. Most are good at one of two things: cheap support for small offices, or hand-wave proposals for mid-market clients who'll never fully understand what they bought. We aim at the gap between — organizations big enough to take IT seriously, small enough that the person designing it should also be the one running it.
We are deliberately small. We will not grow past the bench size where we can keep the same engineer in front of the same client. If we hit that ceiling, we hold price and add depth — not seats — until the math works again.
What we hold to.
Six rules. None of them are slogans — every one cost something to learn.
Senior only.
Every billable hour comes from an engineer with at least eight years in the field. There is no junior tier to learn on your environment.
Published rates.
If we won't put the number on the website, we don't believe in the number. Pricing is on the wall, always.
Documentation first.
If it isn't written down, it didn't happen. Every change has a ticket; every ticket has a runbook reference.
Local presence.
We have a Boca address because we use it. When something is on fire, we get in a car.
No lock-in.
Your environment, your documentation, your data — yours. We hand it back the same way we'd want a vendor to hand it to us.
Honest no.
We say no to industries we don't know, scope we can't deliver, and clients who'd be better served elsewhere. Cheaper for everyone.
Down the street, not down the line.
Our office is on Glades Rd, between I-95 and Federal Highway. Most of our clients are within 20 minutes. When something is on fire, we get in a car. The same engineer who deployed your network is the one who answers the phone at 2am.
