Services·Two pillars, one bar

Run it for you, or hand it back hardened.

We do two things. A monthly retainer for organizations that want IT to disappear, and senior engineering by the hour for the work that only happens once. Both are run by the same engineers, against the same documentation, to the same bar.

01·Retainer·Monthly

Helpdesk, monitored.

Per-user monthly pricing. End-user support by portal, phone, or email. Boca-local engineers from 7am ET; on-call after that. We operate the environment as if it were ours.

What's included

  • 01 ·RMM agent on every endpoint, asset inventory continuously synced
  • 02 ·EDR + 24/7 MDR (Huntress / Sentinel) — analyst-triaged alerts
  • 03 ·Monthly OS & third-party patch cycles, with maintenance windows
  • 04 ·Backup verification — weekly synthetics, monthly tested restores
  • 05 ·MFA / SSO enforcement on identity, conditional access policies
  • 06 ·DNS filtering & email advanced threat protection
  • 07 ·Quarterly business review with metrics packet and roadmap
  • 08 ·vCIO hours (Standard tier and above) — not a sales call

Service hours & SLA

Helpdesk staffed 7am–7pm ET, Monday through Friday. Outside of that, all retainer clients reach a senior on-call engineer at the same number. Priority is not a tier you pay extra for — it is determined by impact and confirmed in writing.

  • P1 ·Site or service down — 15-minute median acknowledgment
  • P2 ·Major degradation — 1-hour median acknowledgment
  • P3 ·Single-user incident — 4-hour median, in business hours
  • P4 ·Request / question — same business day

Trailing 12-month SLA performance is published quarterly and visible to clients on their portal. Misses are credited automatically — no ticket required.

02·Hourly·Project-based

Engineering, by the hour.

Project work for organizations that already have IT — or only need it sometimes. Senior engineers only. Rates published, time logged in 15-minute increments, weekly burn reports automatic.

What we take on

  • 01 ·Cloud migrations — M365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS
  • 02 ·Identity consolidations — Entra ID, Okta, AD modernization
  • 03 ·Network design & deployment — Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba
  • 04 ·Server & virtualization projects — Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox
  • 05 ·Security assessments & remediation — pen tests, vuln management
  • 06 ·Incident response & rescue — DFIR, ransomware recovery
  • 07 ·Vendor & contract review — line-item benchmarking
  • 08 ·Office build-outs & relocations — closet to console

Engagement models

  • T&M ·Time and materials at the published rate. Best for ambiguous scope.
  • Block ·Pre-paid 40-hour or 100-hour blocks. Discounted hourly. 90-day expiry.
  • Fixed ·Fixed-price for well-defined deliverables. Statement of Work governs.
  • Rescue ·Same-day dispatch for active incidents. Premium rate, no setup.

Every engagement begins with a one-page Statement of Work. No engagement begins without one. We do not bill for proposals, scoping calls, or revisions. You receive your environment baseline document on day one, regardless of where we end up.

03·vCIO & Advisory

A board-grade voice in the room.

Strategy, budgeting, vendor consolidation, M&A diligence. A senior engineer who knows your environment sits with leadership monthly to translate IT into dollars and risk.

  • 01 ·Three-year technology roadmap, refreshed quarterly
  • 02 ·Annual budget input with line-item benchmarks
  • 03 ·Vendor consolidation analysis — what to keep, kill, replace
  • 04 ·M&A IT due diligence and post-close integration plans
  • 05 ·Cyber insurance application support and evidence
  • 06 ·Board-deck materials — clear, no jargon, defensible

vCIO is included in the Advanced retainer (8 hours / month) or available as a standalone monthly retainer starting at $3,800. The same engineer holds the seat for the duration — no rotating account managers, no quarterly handoffs.

Our vCIOs come from the field, not from sales. Each has at least eight years of hands-on practice before they are placed in the seat.
