No junior pass-through. Every billed hour is a senior engineer with a documented specialization. Time is logged in 15-minute increments and reported weekly. Block hours expire 90 days from purchase.

Onboarding is fixed-price based on environment size, billed in addition to the first month's retainer. Includes the environment baseline document, RMM/EDR deployment, identity baseline, backup baseline, and a written transition plan.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why per-user, not per-device?

Devices proliferate; users don't. A single user with a laptop, phone, and home workstation costs us roughly the same to support. Per-user pricing tracks the actual support load and avoids the perverse incentive to deny people the second device they need.

Are there minimums?

Yes — 10 seats minimum for retainers. Below that, hourly engagement is more honest. No long-term contracts; we ask for 90 days notice for either party to terminate, with a written transition plan.

Do you mark up software licensing?

No. Pass-through at our cost, itemized on the invoice. We are CSPs for Microsoft and resellers for our security stack — any rebates we earn from volume are returned to the client as line-item credits.

What about scope creep?

The retainer covers operating your environment as specified in the SOW. New projects (migrations, refreshes, audits) fall under hourly engineering with a one-page scope. We err on the side of doing small things inside the retainer rather than nickel-and-diming.
