• The site is informational. It does not by itself create a service agreement.
• An engagement begins only when a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) are signed by both parties.
• Pricing on this site is current as of the effective date and may change. Contracted rates are fixed by your MSA term and not affected by changes here.

2. Permitted use

You may view, print, and share content from this site for non-commercial reference purposes (sending an industry colleague a link to /security, attaching /pricing to an internal procurement memo). You may not:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
• Use our trademarks (including the wordmark "The Blue Vault" and the vault icon) without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what's served to your browser.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, design, imagery, copy, code, and the database of organized information are © 2026 The Blue Vault, LLC. All rights reserved. Names of frameworks, vendors, and certifications referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. No warranty for site content

Site content is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Service-level guarantees apply only to clients under signed agreements. We make no representation that the site will be available without interruption or free from errors.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to USD $100. Liability under signed engagements is governed separately by the MSA.

We may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes arising under these terms are heard in the state and federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
